Free Limb Distribution:
Several camps are organized every year in different cities to distribute free artificial limbs to the needy to overcome their challenges.
Swachh Bharat Abhiyan:
Organized in Delhi’s important market areas and residential colonies to spread the awareness about the importance of cleanliness.
Eye care & Health Camp:
Organized every quarter to provide quality health care facilities to economically weaker section of the society.
Mobile Health Van:
SPML Infra operates mobile health vans to deliver essential medical services to rural and underserved communities, improving access to primary healthcare, preventive check-ups, and timely treatment at the doorstep.
Public Awareness Program:
On water, sanitation, electricity & environmental conservation with outdoor and social media campaign.
Tree Plantation:
SPML Infra believes in “save environment – plant trees”, and to spread this message, regular tree plantation is being done at project sites across the country.

ESG as a Catalyst
As SPML Infra scales its presence in energy storage and large-scale water infrastructure, ESG will remain a sharpening lens across all operations. The Company is already evaluating:
- Adoption of Science-Based Targets for GHG emissions (through BESS lifecycle)
- Expansion of Sustainability Reporting (aligned with GRI or BRSR standards)
- Development of a comprehensive ESG Policy covering supply chains, climate resilience, and gender equity

SPML Infra is steered by a seasoned Board of Directors bringing deep expertise across infrastructure, finance, engineering, and public policy. The company’s governance framework is comprehensively structured to uphold transparency, ensure stakeholder accountability, and drive long-term value creation.
Independent Oversight: Five of ten Board members are independent, with key committees; Audit, Risk, Stakeholder and Nomination & Remuneration led by Independent Directors. ESG and Risk Governance: The Risk Management Committee’s scope was expanded to include climate risk, regulatory risk, and project concentration risk tied to Jal Jeevan Mission and NARCL-related funding.
Transparency in Financial Disclosures: Full compliance with SEBI LODR requirements has been maintained, with timely disclosures, earnings call transcripts, and clean statutory audit reports.
Zero Tolerance to Corruption: A Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Policy, and Vendor Due Diligence protocols are rigorously enforced with full regulatory compliances.
